3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Step 3: Once approved, we will send return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
4. Refund Process
- Refund Terms: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Reports of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Please note: Custom art, commissions and sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit.
